Abortion and the Law

Thomas is getting close on this, but not because of reinterpretation, but technology.

It is two parties, expressing the right of self defense, with the aid of regulated militia.  The smallest of the parties can survive out side of the womb much earlier than before, its right can be established with minimal ham to the woman, and that number has been and will be dropping.

That issue overwhelms all of the other religion crap, this is a dominated by the technology issue. It leads to an enormous amount of postpartum issues, like abortionists preserving fetal life. We get large orphanages with fetus up for adoption, real people. Like growing a pet tad pole into a frog. A new form of reproduction. Think matrix, humongous pet shops of fetal preservation tubes, water and waste pumping through the system, artificial umbilical chords.

Then you grow up, adopted by Lawrence Fishburne, get stuck living in sewer pipes.
