SecureID and drones

When I register my drone with the state, I share a secret, public key with them, or rather my SecureID card does, I have no knowledge. My drone is thus securely attached to my thumbprint, there is a human who has liability, like registering your gun.

My SecureID fits into the flight computer, via USB, and will provably verify proper flight controls, being Spectre compatible.  SecureID may issue a foundry certification on the flight processor.

We can do all this to the probability of counterfeit. So can AppleID.  The ID then will beep properly, and secretly to a cop IOD, using the secret, but public key. Good drone certification, doable, let us work that pretty quick.  There is technology.
