This seems a bit treasonous to me, Schumer knowingly funds an anti-government group with the Swamp.
The answer is, Repub oil deals with deranged Mohummerdudes. People like the Bush family, doing deals with Saudis result in attacks on the USA, which the Bush family knowingly caused. And here, Trump done it again, and we are stuck with funding the CIA anti-mohummerdude squad because Trump done yet another oil deal with the deranged.
I would cut CIA funding, then warn idiot Repubs to quit doing deals with terrorists. Let the private sector take the risk.
