Time to agglomerate the logistics. Find people like me, in your data base. Go buy my purchasing records from Hobby Town, look at my purchases from Walmart. Then search for folks in my profile, and perform great logistics on their favorite things.
Your behind the shelf on-line logistics still suck, sorry to say. Make it better by finding customer groups by category, I am foam RC planes, there are bunches of groups. This is another case of risk equalization, finding client sets in similar specializations. Do that and you whooped Amazon once and for all.
