California schools can’t reopen without federal dollars, say state’s education leaders
A quick recovery is not in the plan out here. Events overtake us.
Like with me and my small deal with the IRS and back taxes. To much was conditional on me mking moves in the market to shift liquidity, and stress was hitting the economy. Too many steps needed to keep up so I said, forgetta about it, but I did file a missing tax form!
We are stuck with a problem none of can fix and we are looking for a new Godot.
