Let us blame Asa Hutchinson, the governor of Arkansas. Make it painful for Vermont, Alaska, Arkansas, Montana, Wyoming.

It is the only way to reform. These states have to get clues, and massive bankruptcy of these small states is the best step forward. These small states either figure out what an intelligent senator is, or they starve. The government will not survive another bout of Tom Cotton, Bernies Sanders idiocy.
