What market would that be?

Opinion: ‘You should be nervous!’—legendary money manager slashes stock market exposure from 55% to 25%

Does this guy pick and index, or is this guy refusing to invest in any company that uses standard double entry accounting?  Does he include over the counter? Private equity?  Non SEC users of double entry accounting?  The market is simply a set of accounting standards enforced by voluntary participation in SEC accounting rules.

I might suggest that the market is not taking off, but instead about four large companies in NASDAQ are reaping long term investment.
