Same deal in California, why bother until the election.  

It is not just the party in charge,politicians cannot figure crap until the tax battle is over, and we have three or four tax initiatives across the blue states. The hope is that we can kick this can into 2021, Q1; and that short field goal may be possible. We are entering White Noise holiday, even if the Blue States go belly up we will be too drunk to notice.
