White cells and tissue

The discussion quickly turns to receptors, the entry and exit transactions at cell membranes.

The receptor function is actually a protein of a special type have react to an agent exterior, hit the proper key. The receptor and key are a peptide sequence that match, lock and key, spatially, of via static charge if you like. The receptor can then transfer inside, include  spiral.

So if you imagine two cell system which have incompatible lock and key? The one cell system is relatively benign to the other. This is equivalent to taking the amino acid sequential possibilities, and  asking two relatively prime set.

So, inside the skin we have white cells ready to eat anything, including themselves. But they have no taste for  a set of prime receptors that build and maintain tissue.  It becomes a stable system.

It is all based on the symmetry of the organic atoms.  They are not exactly symmetric, and imbalances accumulate, solved when there is a partition in which each partition has a degree of commutative property. There should be one optimum partition of protein unitary configures, and should be relatively prime. Biology is about a cell segmentation that maintains the interior/exterior.

In other words, take a random sample of pep[tides and on the surface of a warm petri dish under some agitation, they should partition.  The reason is coherent collisions, they create a congestion that slow everything, along a surface perpendicular to the collision.  That distributes kinetic energy along some imaginary  axis, likely residual charge.

White cells are blind eaters, anything except normal tissue. In their life they get flushed by the limbic system. B cells eat T cells. They eat anything Anything that is relatively prime to skin receptors. The basis of multi cellular life, making that partition. So the entire structural system, skin, breath, hormones, muscles is all governed by arrangements of proteins that occupy a space closed to the white cell system.

They have partitioned the total bayesian set of amino acid combinatorials.  Circular vents in scummy ponds. I would need huge concentrations of random amino acids with a bubbly ,perfectly round, hot spring underneath.

It works because it is energy consuming, the interior and exterior always have a large disequilibrium. The first stop in the cell was something that cleaned the exterior skin, vitamin D, not really a vitamin, got invented somewhere. The whole protein process works because out system is continually aliased, and excess kinetic energy moves excesses onto and off of the production chain.  Proteins are not stable, they decompose, and the partition is artificial, in a sense.  Biology does not have a 'vacuum expectation', and is an extremely reactive system, the pit boss intervenes more often.
