Is there a human appeal board in Swift banking

When we free the banks with a Due Process mandate, yes indeed. Any account that feels excluded from services other than congestion pricing, can appeal.  It is the Law, and central bankers will run that court. The big l comes from the same circumstances in income taxes, and internal Due Process court.  The New Fed contract must emphasize congestion, or market pricing. This is a non profit money management contract from Treasury, it will be Due Process. It is the other half of the monopoly fee, it makes the contract valid to the Supremes. As long as the complete legislature has an exit clause by majority, then the contract remains valid.
