The virus was discovered and we shut down before it reached many of the interior, sparse states. I noticed the effect in my hick town of Fresno. Some of missed the snake, it got stuck rolling around the big cities, then snuck back out and hit the interior. Not a wave, but a nasty long snake.
I digress. The difference is we can see the vaccines coming o we are more urgent to shut down. We don't care the critics because the arrival times start Q1.
