Trump: Why Won’t Kemp Order Ballot-Signature Matches With His Emergency Powers?

NSA denied us secure identities, mostly under Trump's orders. So Kemp said, screw this crap, if the NSA wants signature checks then the NSA can come down and handle it. Why should state budgets have to expense NSA idiocy?
