Block chaining contract states with the Spectre proof core

The unknowable core may be managing many contracts with are in pending stated, awaiting a return from an oracle.

Where are the kernel contract variables kept when off cache? On the contract block chain, the Merkel tree of contracts pending, all encrypted. But any counter party can decrypt that tree and determine its current state, in the contract; its path from root to current node. That is what the new signature scheme does, I haven't looked closely but sounds like shared decryption for proof of stake. I so, this is yet another jump in contract provability, if the key flow is provable, then so is the contract.
