The legal paradox of money, debt and taxes

We ask how the Supremes rectify the triangle of debt sanctity, power to tax and power to coin.

The first suit we see is plaintiff saying Fed taxes violate the power to tax.  The knee jerk reaction is to agree, but our judges, well informed, know the next lawsuit is that inflation tax violate sanctity of debt.

We, sandbox friends of the court, will prove the trinity unsolvable with bounded uncertainty. That is, as long as all parties agree to contract renewal on the issues on a reasonable basis, then the three can be in disequilibrium. It will be a Supreme court first, known as the Quark solution. We need a plaintiff named Quark.
