Expect the Fed to lower rates

The curve is a mess, Europe and the USA announced tax and sequester moments in reality.  The Fed will cooperate with an IOER reduction. There is no way we can make any congressional budget at growth rates less than 2%. The tax receipts will drop by a third.


And look at Congress now, mostly worried about investigating Trump and excusing tent ladies.  The budget is actually due this month and we are going to 'extraordinary means', another form of sequester. Without tax and sequester, no budget.
