Those poor minorities

The whole study was a study of particulate matter, you produce less off it and suffer more from it if you walk urban streets.

That would be Hispanic and Blacks using less energy and suffering particulate matter more than one's share.  But you can't use race, since that adds another layer of noise between plaintiff and tort judge. Some whites, many in fact, walk urban streets and do not use autos. And many blacks and Hispanics live in the suburbs and drive to work.

So why bring up the minority issue? Ignorance really, I went straight to two or three science articles and learned myself about particulate matter, enough to understand the issue.

Research projects that bring in superfluous issues piss me off. Like Keynesians proving that food stamp recipients buy food with their food stamp card, and I am supposed to feel wonderful.   Or some economists talking about 'inflation' as if general price rises were a daily event absent any proof. Another is 'green'.  If you are green you get to burn more ice than other people, as experience shows.

But, I digress. Urban people walking urban streets will suffer several more time particulate matter than suburban commuters. I will note that to the tort judge, and point him to science articles and measurement statistics. File suit, as an urban walker of streets. Prove your environment has been harmed by particular plaintiffs, and in this case the evidence supports.
