Cracking the mystery of B cells and antibodies

This means that if the Light Chain molecules work enough, they will slice out one complete loop in the surface and release something like five other just like it from the virus.

The last Light Chain molecule become Heavy chain, holding the snipped pattern. The other LH molecules immediately follow that chain to capture the remaining free loops with the complementary binding.  The antibodies are trapped segments of the virus.

The B cells have energy to sniff and reject, this shortens the search steps considerable, relative to recomposed steps for the virus.  This works a lot like an adaptive search engine.
It makes one antivirus B cell at multiple passes through the error control net.  The energy added for sniff and reject is, like I said, not entropy maximizing.
