The new Planck's Law

For normal 3D, Planck's law is he Markov condition on deviations count. Fixed for 3D. They count in 3D with the minimum of interactions.  Pauli's exclusion says that even odd counter break Planck's Law. Two counts by the smaller counter removes the point of symmetry in the color operator.

In the real world of vacuum things, two spins of the same color will lose sense of orientation on coming close. Hence the two spin types will group separately. So something like a 2,5,29 configuration should split and occupy diametrically separated positions across the sphere. Relativity traps them, the number of steps per light remains.  This is all a much simpler iew.
