Limited immunity is not a monopoly

Again, the second. I guarantees us the right to a private or public police. It is a fundamental violation if government bans limited immunity from any regulated militia.  The standard is somewhat ambiguous, but it means a force meeting the training and safety and legal requirements for most public forces.

The three philosophies would agree, we have the right to trained bodyguards, as needed. Then tewo of the groups can fight it out.

It is hard to deny, here are the first few words:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State

I am simply repeating those words which are the first government restriction in the second position on our list of rights. The actual words, preceding the right to bear. The bear is conditional on the well regulated.

I can almost race the grammar back to Egypt so I have a solid proof that this is what will rule, almost always.
