My proposal for Black Inner City Youth

I mentioned this before.  Twice weekly, free dinner for school parents.

Motivate them to come and see the school, learn something and monitor their children's progress, keep the parents off the streets, hear local speakers, cheap way to sign them up for government programs, makes a better diet. Probably that one thing is the highest multiplier for local government on the issue. Keep the county out of it, too corrupt.

And it meets the AOC Moms and Pops condition. Funds food workers. Cheaper than cops.

But it spreads covid, damn. I have to modify my triadic operator.  Make is a social distanced fast food, free dinner with a walk through and display.  Reservations from free smartphones. Keep the parent's free cell phones on the local school blogs.

We can create the public sector union of cafeteria workers. This is an entropy maximizing three color adjustment in accordance with Lucas criteria and AOC criteria and Marx, Markov, and about nine other heroes of science. The triadic model, also the hidden Markov model.  Used widely in immunology on large aggregates of people and tissue, both. In this case I am finding the nearest neighborhood size where I canmake R < 1, where R is my deviations in counting N, essentially. I am setting my Planck, the allowance for transaction rates, how often can I service a bunch of parents. I want to contain the match between parents, children, and triadic.

Entropy maximizing is welfare maximizing. It is the Marx thing. But do it fairly and it will find the gradient where multipliers are greater than one. The best part. If is five bucks cost to the state for dinner, across the board for all citizen's regardless of selected gender-color-creed. It has the same effect, one interaction between a well matched triadic and direct results. The schools becomes well colored.

Exactly my point:

"Don't Treat Africans Like Kids" - Black Twitter Erupts At Democrats' Anti-Police Bill Stunt

Cops are the symptom. The solution really starts with twice weekly free dinner at the school. Get the tribes together, school, parent, kids. Then do step two when Ya'll have had a good meal, checked up on the kids and have met the associates. Follow that model, triadic.

And I hate having to modify this simplicity for covid problems. Covid is the new axis of symmetry interfering with all simple ideas.
