Cytokine stoirm is a T cell transition?

 The white cell system is not single layered, but will be coordinated. So, on a novel virus there is of necessity a T cell exchange, a migration, and that is mainly the self destructive process, stubborn T cells clogging tissue. 

The new immune configuration, at lower levels works almost as well, so cross reactivity is not necessarily linear, but selected likely by shape, I think. Cross reactivity is a thing needing sorting, like a very good and easy measurement of T cell distribution.
