The neat thing about secure personal ID

I can meet anyone in the world, on line, and secretly swap keys, verifiable with thumbprint on timeout.  That means for any and all communications, I have a secure authorization from the actual live person. We can swap cash, directly, no silicon valley involved. As long as we both pay our smart card electric bills. If we are on different ledgers, we need a trusted miner app, if we are both Swift, I can just push dollars directly. Costs are low enough that pushing a penny in cases is the simplest method to gain access.

We know about making keys, in the handheld processor there are simple key generation and coding schemes. We been over that.
