He will take the large stimulus, the bundle from which handouts are unreported. No one is taking that bet until Dec early of Jan because of the Georgia elections. He could possibly get a partial student loan bailout, and some cash to the municipalities. And, a huge chunk to state capitals, likely the largest chunk. The Yglesias crowd wants 2 grand to individuals. Then the extended unemployment bennies, we are talking three trillion, easily. Fifteen percent of GDP.
I cannot see that as anything but a catastrophe for the banks as the Fed sheet jumps another two trillion above projections. I see that as a deflationary horror show.
