Python and Spectre

Simple enough, the interpreter can operate in unknowable.  Spectre codes are objects with methods,bu well closed, they do not have access to variable outside the Spectre bounds,. All the Spectre variables are local, objectless and the intepreter a greatly reduced skeleton of the original. The major entry point has all the public keys apriori and access to external data done vie transfer using protected kernel codes.

In a way, think of it as letting the automatic resource handler find you a spot in the queue, so your regular code can continue. But all you are doing, in essence, is getting together with friends and using an interpretable protocol language.  Like, write up  a protocol for sending each other business memos, then keep a Taproot tree. Do it in Python. Business procedures.
