On what legal basis should Jerry dictate to the courts

Gov. Jerry Brown: Courts Must Let California Slash its Public-Sector Pensions

Mr. Gillespie over at Reason has failed to reason about the law.  If the case is dictated by Jerry, then why is it even at the State Supremes?

We have put our Supreme Court in California under sever jeopardy because we have been Sotomayoring the judicial system since our founding.  We really should not even have a Supreme Court, a pro-counsel works under Franciscan law (Union).

The proper action for the Supreme court is to let the California Rule stand and defer to the individual legislatures.  Then voters will face the consequences of Reagan the Communist and the Dills Act. Give the legislatures the option, bankruptcy.  I cannot think of a better way to break the Spanish legal system.

At some point, California chooses: Franciscan law and expulsion, or adopt the basics of English law. let the legislatures choose the Venezuela, make them select. We have run out of ex-jesuit priests and are working through the guys dating teenagers, we are confronted.
