The universe self tunes?

 My favorite religion of cosmology. 

 How is it that artificial intelligence evolves in the universe? Because we area a multi-verse, and as a multi-verse, sphere is packed entropically which yields in an increasing multi-verse intelligence. We reach a point that the whole multi-verse mostly agrees with the center point. Kinetic energy instantly stops and we big bang.
