Fed Nominee Marvin Goodfriend Lied to the Senate on Taxing Cash
One of the ongoing debates about the tax dollar and negative interest rates.
In the sandbox, any currency issuer can add a fee for digital bearer cash, to make a profit or to fund the ringed fence one needs. The same holds for the government tax dollar, the sandbox allows them to apply fees wherever they deploy pit bosses, we don't care.
I always watch for the hidden socialism from formal libertarians. Somehow they think the government tax dollar is a socialist function. No, it is a business and the sandbox formalizes it so anyone can be a central banker, including the Fed.
