GOP Tax Law Could Starve Cities of Revenue

The lose of state and local deductions means lower property values and lower tax revenue. California citirsandespcially counties c[ouldtake a 5% hit (my estimate) on 2018 revenues. The article states we could see a 4-10% one time drop in home values from trend. But it happens this year. Counties in California cannot move that fast, they will take a hit on additional debt charges to make ends meet.
