Great news

I have a straightforward interface method for flush and xchars. I can use the same method for io manager as it has to echo the command  line in its 1 by 80. So I have solved two problems, and console loop is all set up o do this. Console window scrolling is solved, not too much of a hack.  Two days,then it all works, and robust.
