Houston Airport has shut down the TSA checkpoints in one of its terminals because there aren't enough TSA officers willing to work unpaid during the government shutdown
Pndits display their biases. The Houston airport manager can hire the replacements, nd charge the airlines. If ailrlines demand government subsidies for this, then we know the government shutdown is having a good effect. The effect is to get American business out of the habit of knee jerk welfarism all the time everywhere.
Be prepared for an onslaught of articles about why the millennials need to take on more debt to bail out incompetent American business.
