Mainly I am straightening out IO manager so it is less of a grab bag.
Also, io manger should read he /proc/bus/input/devices and racks what event file the mouse and keyboard are at. It is a short code, it is all about shortest path through the io check. It is easy to debug, except at some point I might need a second keyboard for test.
Making the mouse tracker work better is still a search for a competitive algorithm, a tacking algorithm that would attract gamers would be nice.
