Working on line editor

I have the simple zeroeth  and a half order mouse tracker working and posted, lab quality only.  I am off working the simple line editor.   It can char hop and line hop along a string of chars. I am also embedding a bit of io discovery so we always have a ready list of io deices.  Then, it is doing any prep on the string, then tell xchars to draw it. By then I am back in the console out of standalone.  Typical snippet development sequence.
