Differentiating our NRA mass shootings

We have the occasional hand gun at the work place, killing five. Then we have Florida Republicans handing out AR15s to the mentally ill. The latter results in death tolls of 10 to twenty, all at once in one community.

This is the difference between cocaine and the other two. Communities can adapt to the one, but not the other. It is the difference between cocaine in the beach towns, and pound of meth found in local neighborhood. The difference between persecuting Jews by law and gassing them, if we do it, do the former.

It is even bleaker when foreign state actors are selling pre-cursor.  Cartels do not need to be caught in that battle. Cal Dems do not want to be in Rick Scott's position, caught selling AR15s to the mentally ill. Dems need to consciously need to become Cocaine California, we can all accept that. Get an agreement with the cartels.

Drugs and guns

My theory on guns include grandfathering target pistols, at least. I want gun violence and machete violence and knife violence and chain saw violence, all queued up, about the same, neither of them standing out.

My theory on drugs is the same. A twinkie habit and an illegal drug should procure you about the same damage. In both cases, it is the boundary events, the ones that are two sigma off typical, these are the one we are not 'up to scale' on, they are non-adiabatic. Cartels should get this, they should be pros; it does them no good to be swindling Hispanic communities into a devastating meth attack. Cartels can have the California cocaine trade, upper and lower California, we cede it; suppress the other two and avoid foreign state actors and we got a deal.
