How is Gavin going to get another 1% of wealth tax?

He will need a referendum on that, I think, unless he has that 2/3 thing going with the venezuelans. He will have a hard time getting both a wealth tax and a prop 13 revision. And he still needs the Obamacare taxes replaced.  He really can't milk us for another climate change tax, we know it melts ice. Hmm... Cuts? But where? Transit? Gavin gotta problem, more promises and he needs three tax bills, after the municipals have taken all the sales taxes. I don't think our boy has the clout nor brains and California be doing big swing.  Once unemployment ticks up, there is no hurry to tick it back down, given the budget constraints, we see more exits.
