Any system that has some autonomous control over flight surfaces shall be in contact with all systems and have the whole parameter space checked before moving control surfaces, autonomously. All changes in flight surfaces include informative pilots readings, at all times"
I do not want to condemn the bots, eventually we want to fly these things autonomously. But distributed bots are about communication, communication and communication. Make the whole picture available to all the bots as soon as possible. There is one robot, it is the almost correct model of a fairly symmetric world, flight, engine power and control surfaces. Add in the location of all other aircraft and any radar objects. Track that model and share it.
