Any legit digital bearer note can become a global currency

The key technology is:
 1) The ability to send digital sequences across networks and
 2) A guarantee not to send those digits twice.

 Folks are confused because the technology to prevent digital double spending only was discovered a week ago, the Intel bug. The current digital system does not really have digital bearer notes except at the Fed computer. The Fed has only had paper bearer notes in the past.
