Clearing between wallets is done

Moonbeam

They have a sidechain protocol for low trust networks. They clear a wallet in one group with a wallet in another group without blockchain, hence the accounts clear and are never registered on the blockchain, except when aggregated during checkout and check in. This is the first true escrow router we get. What is different is the wallet users  know the protocol can be secured at the group nodes. Moonbeam competes with Microsoft Coco.

OK, this is not new stuff, this is exactly the way MasterCharge and Visa work. Using  the Moonbeam protocol I can exactly duplicate credit card functionality.

We have the side chains, next up cash cards. hings seem to be happening faster after the pipeline bug, Spectre, was discovered.  We are also seeing clear acceptance by the  market  that money is about network congestion, fundamentally.
