Securing the pits in three easy steps

• Intel can deliver us processors with secure element capability, and secret key verification.  Intel can guarantee that capability as long as the chipo is not reverse engineered.
• The system integrator can verify the code burnt into the secure element. It can disolay the source, and from there, and with the secret key, the secure element code can be verified.
• Then the bank takes the entire server, and guarantees the start up protocol requires the passcode of two of three senior executives.

This chain is lock solid., the servers can own cash with timeout. As long as your techies know monetary congestion and protocol stability, banking does not even need the individual secure element.  This is likely to be another big theme in 2018, this method secures the sandbox boundaries, the contracts and pits. The question will be obvious. Why not just extend this security to the consumer.
