Better assortative mating?

Bloomberg likely did not think this out.  

 

Why the labor shortage? Because assortative mating failed and the Japanese are not making new households. Why is assortative mating failing? That is the point, if it is failing for internal reasons, then it would take some pretty nice choices on imported mates to get the Japanese to change Where we gonna get nice mates for the Japanese who do not mate with each other?


What is Bloomberg's point? Bloomberg thinks that if the Japanese are dying off, then they should at least hire some workers to carry on production while the rest of use find new suppliers. Sort of a last memorial act.
