It was a known unknown

We knew California's fate, we didn't know when, nor the method.  We got the news, egad, we a narco state, we already have gone Venezuela, way earlier than expected. It counts as a Black Swan because of the extreme nature, sudden exposure as a mass murdering state. California guilt of a capital crime against Australia, or the evidence indicates so.  It is like the LBJ period, suddenly we discovered we traded a huge war for all those diversity goodies. One kind of jokes, and hopes; but this is chemical war, one short of nuclear.
