I did mention, a year ago, that I housed a couple of methheads, dealt with the issue for the fifth time while managing property across the entire meth zone, here in Fresno.

I discovered the cure, put them on the streets and they get desparate and start to listen.  My test sunbjects are gone, but one has currently dropped use of meth and still hangs around, with all the support.  My failure uielded the solution, you have to pull these people from the war zone, they are severely wounded.

The cops and I got our test subject in jail, on probation, and she convulsed her way to a clear head, and then everyone pounced, welfare, cops, me, new boyfriend, all pounced at the same time, put her on watch., guarded the door from the meth cartels. It works, it is a civilian militia/public partnership that attacks the cartels directly, at some fair risk of assassination I might add.

We nailed the right target, one of the spreaders of the disease, she alone was connected to about a third of the crime in the hood, and we actually see the crime reduction, as a result of us learning from my failure. I am 2 out of 4 on failing my way to success, I have another test subject in house with three years clean. In each case it was a constant trials of different things until one thing failed properly the the cure found.
