SB 100 increased California's 50% renewables mandate to 60% by 2030 renewables and set the 100%-by-2045 target for zero-carbon electricity. It passed thanks to wide support from renewables and environmental advocates and from California’s budding customer choice movement.
I think PGE is offering me a loan from some other customers, likely businesses.
I have another offer from PGE, an offer to replace a couple of windows and doors to get more efficient, another 'no down' paid for by other utility users with nicer doors, I presume.
I never got a notice that PGE was taking some kids up to clear brush and prevent fires. That was not an idea any bunch of venezuelan legislators could think of.
But, if you think the Cal energy fiasco under Davis was an Enron thing, think again. It always about deranged legislators using utility companies has progressive government nannies. This is bad, venezuelan governance. The legislators usually assume a smart governor to do the real thinking, but we got Gavin, not Jerry.
