Jerry Brown warned this week that public agencies in California are on a track to “fiscal oblivion” if they’re barred from adjusting retirement benefits for their employees.Fiscal oblivion for California is a depression for the USA and a global depression. 15% of Swamp taxes dry up, would cause a meeting of the elders in the Swamp.
