Undocumented immigrants travelling in family units have been crossing the Southern U.S. border in record numbers, as inferred to by arrest counts from Customs and Border Protection. 

Everything north of Costa Rica, all failed state.  Narco has taken over much of government, mass murder common, one of the deadliest places on earth.

The mayor of LA has invited them all, promising to solve their housing problems.
