It went up in a puff of CO2

California calls on Trump officials to stop threats on high-speed rail funding

California high-speed rail officials on Monday called on the Trump administration to engage in constructive talks - rather than threats - over $3.5 billion in disputed federal funding for the state’s bullet train project in the Central Valley.
I am an eye witness, I saw the entire Bullet Train industry from my neighborhood, here in Fresno. The number of constructions workers was less than 200, at its peak; while the number of committees are, fully paid, about 1500. The later group generation CO2, mostly.  Was that sound railroad practice? No.

Gavin is bitching because that is 1% of yearly revenue for him. Gavin is running on margins of 2-3% GDP of tax he needs to collect, and fast.  The localities have and are gobbling up all the sales tax. Gavin has his back to the wall, send him a teenage girl to swoon and make a deal on taxes

What we see here is the first stage of separation, the Narco State from the rest of the USA. Trump will and is playing the Narco card and well he should. Gavin needs Trump's help on taxes, and Nancy won't cooperate on the Narco issue. Gavin got problem, he may not be able to wiggle out of it a without another bout of castration complex.
