We have to get huge glaciers over the Northern USA to suppress the volcanoes. That is the prediction of the glacial pump hypothesis, Northern Hemisphere magma flows are influenced by the compression expansion, and that causes the volcanic reversal. If North American magma has shifted in angle of rotation, then the Northern pole would shift. The tendency would be to shift up, I imagine, and ttrigger one of the volcanoes enough to cool.
Ice Age man wants to talk to AOC and her crew. The alternative to ice may be worse. If the magma release was delayed, for longer than normal, then it should have some momentum, a larger release than needed.
If we don't like ice, then drill, drill, drill; find the emerging continential rock floating up, and cool it down, geo-engineer.
