2.12% on the ten year is sustainable

I am speculating hereon what the market is aiming for at the ten year, and I think it is the sustainable yield for government under tax and sequester. I have 2-2.5% range as the long term destination for the ten year, with a half point deflation in consumer index.

What about the growing pile of short term debt?  Go ask Goldman-Sachs, they are the one in charge of debt flow.
