If Lindsey Graham can get his poor, devolving state to pay the trillion dollars, fine. But otherwise, nothing gets done in the Swamp until we do a tax deal with California. That is the first thing that happens, absent that we have a shutdown. Again, Cuomo is definitely not paying more taxes to the Swamp, not is Cuomo even listening to Lindsey. How does Lindsey become so clueless?
