Powell doing the cycle, he says

Economics
Powell Suggests Fed Embarking on 1990s-Style Mini Easing Cycle

So much for counter cyclical policy. Stocks kind of reacted like the Fed was doing the bigger cycle, rather than the mini version.  Let us hope all our cycles are not phased aligned, ready to do the Big Slosh.

Counties are the first to fall

‘Painful, emotional’ county government restructuring to begin next week
Public meetings will begin next week to restructure Tuolumne County’s government organization from the ground up, a process that County Administrator Tracie Riggs says is going to be “very emotional, very difficult and very painful.”
Riggs said in an interview with The Union Democrat on Tuesday that “everything is on the table” when the county Board of Supervisors holds back-to-back special meetings on Wednesday and Thursday to start the process in an open, public setting.
“I’m passionate about living within our means, making it transparent, and having our community involved in that,” she said. “It’s important.”
The board agreed to go through the process of restructuring when they approved a stopgap budget in June that covered a three-month period from the start of the current fiscal year on July 1 through Sept. 30.
Riggs and other top officials recommended the reorganization after being unable to close a $3.7 million shortfall in the $78 million General Fund, which is the county’s largest operations budget.
Similarly sized shortfalls in the past have been covered largely with money budgeted but not spent during the previous fiscal year. However, that’s no longer an option as county departments have become more precise with the amount of funding they request.
Most of the potential cutbacks to services and staffing will be in departments funded directly by the General Fund, which include the sheriff, district attorney, probation, libraries, recreation, veterans services, and the Community Resources Agency that oversees planning and development, code enforcement, and environmental health.
Counties are too corrupt to survive the pension tsunami.

Elijah knows the real problem

Trump tweets video of Elijah Cummings calling Baltimore ‘drug infested’
President Trump on Wednesday tweeted a video clip that shows Rep. Elijah Cummings describing his hometown of Baltimore as a “drug-infested area” during a Congressional hearing 20 years ago.
“The Radical Left Dems went after me for using the words ‘drug-infested’ concerning Baltimore. Take a look at Elijah C.,” Trump wrote.
On the 30-second clip, the Maryland Democrat says, “This morning, I left my community of Baltimore, a drug-infested area where a lot of the drugs that we’re talking about today have already taken the lives of so many children.”
“The same children that I watched 14 or 15 years ago as they grew up, now walking around like zombies. This is only 40 miles away from here,” he adds.
Exactly. All this nonsense about attacking Trump when everyday parents read about dangerous drugs shipped to local kids.  These parents, like Elijah, actually run into the zombie kids everyday, discovered they may be permanently brain damaged.  But none of the Dems seem interested in the problem.  Dems will lose this election big time.

The real fake she or the fake fake she?

Model Admits She Lied About Being Transgender And Here's Why She Did So In The First Place

I am not sure what the starting point is here. I guess she was a she and faked being a he who turned she. Took the loop for whatever reason.

Pensions are double entry accounters over a 60 yr cycle.

So, in 2030 I can  get my final revision to the real price of a 1973 Toyota.

Pensions are by law, custom, and contract long term 'asset = liabilities', counting tools. There is residual longer term error, but pensions capture the largest chunk of spectra, the monetary cycle. They apply a continual price neutral pressure over the smaller recession cycles. Pensions are responsible for neutralizing the Nixon Shock, in particular.

But they get two clerks stuck in line, a loop, a vacuum (or hedge appears). We are finite, combinatorial. We rescale constantly, and when the pensions block the rescaling process we get  the MMT moment. Each time we MMT, then we have the hysterical rule that Newton's grammar must apply, this time.

A uniqueness issue

Pauli exclusion principle
the assertion that no two fermions can have the same quantum number.

This is equivalent to 'zero or one clerk in the queue' at minimization.  Entropy maximizing systems have one algebraic form in the solution set. Showing uniqueness in a queuing system should show the clerk rule in finite combinatorics. It is a fuzzy concept, but very fundamental and above my intellect.

If we don't have spin we live in a one color system, that is a hard bound and the impossible chunks of vacuum will appear. The theory is built on, 'No empty space'.

No, they do not work

Carbon Dividends: A Plan for Earth’s Survival that Can Survive U.S. Politics?

The receiver of the subsidy will use it to subsidize fossil fuel use.

CO2 in the atmosphere is a packed channel, we get paid is we do not use it,we pay otherwise.  This is the tort solution, class action lawsuits that prove two things, a particular class or group is not using CO capacity in a way that reduces liability of excess polluters. We need the disinterested tort judge.

I can sue for gas taxes, government monopolizes the carbon tax, I suffer 40 extra hours of heat per year, and I am not driving. I should sue, but I can't. Government takes first grab, and they have the tax monopoly. This has to be two color, co2 supply and demand.

What about packing the tort system? All the factions will try, they all want to melt more ice and call it green, hence the name is always New Green Deal, which means, melt some additional ice. But we are getting into murky, here. This is one of those moments where Due Process can work,  force us to create a separate CO2 tort system.

The ides to to reach a sustainability standard, measure the bounds at which the New Green Dealers can melt no more ice. We get a good measure of how much ice they intend to melt, not some bogus fantasy.

Paying the ten year rate

Government cost of debt service is the blue line, the actual interest charges divided by outstanding debt.  The red line is the ten year market rate.

That looks settled, if that holds then the future is about 2.5% ten year rate. Growth is 1.8%, deflation about .8%.   Risk is paid with appreciating currency. This will go on until we are satisfied the big peak in 1980 is paid for.

Ease into the spot

The Apple Card, the company’s credit card that was announced at its services event this past spring, will begin accepting applications in August, the company confirmed during its 2019 third fiscal quarter earnings call.“Thousands of Apple employees are using the Apple Card every day in a beta test and we will begin to roll out the Apple Card in August,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said. The Apple Card will come in both a digital and a physical, titanium card form. However, the Apple Card won’t use a traditional 16-digit card number, CVV code, or expiration date as a personal identifier. Instead, it will generate those numbers randomly during each transaction to keep purchases secure. The numbers are also generated on-device, with the company promising that Goldman Sachs, the creditor, won’t be able to track and see where you’ve shopped, what you bought, or how much money you spent.
Step by step make everything compatible with Apple ID, but do not upset Congress, they might freak.

The Supremes will have a problem with the 14th and sacred debt

The effect is to mandate private money where the restriction is not judicial, but market determined. That clause is a fundamental over-ruling of the right to coin, the Supremes are going to have a problem, big time.

The one big tarball

The connective tissue for this round of Moore and Morse; crypto, specifically biometric crypto.

The problems solved go deeper than sandbox. Solutions extend into data protection, vehicle security. It is a way to track NRA nutcases, protect government data from insiders. bio-rypto security is creeping into all tech markets, except traditional money. It will be big in cars, drones, planes,  and data security.  Tamper proof is getting real, and becoming handheld.

Oddly, the hysterical fear of MMT is making sandbox the laggard in adopting smart card. The new liquidity nets are going through start/stop activations while legislatures attempt a clue.  Here is a clear path for Tim and NSA, have a sit down, note each concern and pay-off, make an agreement, just give it a time limit that is reasonable, and an option for renewal.  Move the tarball a tiny bit, see what happens.

Talking about MMT

The Coming Savings Meltdown

Debts that can’t be paid, won’t be. That point inevitably arrives on the liabilities side of the economy’s balance sheet. But what of the asset side? One person’s debt is a creditor’s claim for payment. This is defined as “savings,” even though banks simply create credit endogenously on their own computers without needing any prior savings. When debts can’t be paid and debtors default, what happens to these creditors? As President Obama showed, banks and bondholders can be bailed out by new Federal Reserve money creation. That is what the $4.6 trillion in Quantitative Easing since 2008 was all about. The Fed has spent the last few years supporting stock market prices (and holding down gold prices) by manipulating the forward option markets. But this artificial life support to keep the debt overhead afloat is nearing the reality of the debt wall. The European Central Bank has almost run out of available euro-bonds to buy. The new fallback position to keep the increasingly zombified U.S. and Eurozone financial markets afloat is to experiment with negative interest rates.Writing down savings by a few percentage points helps bring the glut of creditor claims marginally back towards balancing bank deposits with the ability of debtors to pay. But such marginal moves are rarely sufficient. A quantum leap is needed.

Linux for the drones

The USB port can be a standard connect in RC planes. Make a USP driver for quad pulse channels and drive control surface with software.  Add simple USB 2.4 Ghz frequency hopper receiver. Then run all your avionics on the USB bus, via software management. Add USB gyro,GPS modules.   The larger three wire telephone jack we carry around, uselessly, except for programming and bench test.

An entire market for the millions of autonomous drones buzzing around our heads, created by deranged inventors. We cannot keep this stuff out of the hands of kids, and they mostly can afford Dollar tree foam aircraft. How does the US military protect a batch of F22s, stuck in the desert, from a swarm of Linux kernels?  Just the cost of track and destroy before they swarm the base. Your defenders drone much more costly than $500 foam aircraft. A little upgrade and the simpler foam planes can do 200 mph.  Who knew when and where those autonomous mines came from that damaged the tankers?  It is a different war, tiny mechanical intelligent flyers, and everybody has them, including non combatants.

Inflation is a misnomer

The Fed is picking a price index that reveals imbalances. That is its theory, there exists a price index that is a strong indicator of monetary imbalances, find that index.

How does the right index relate to something called inflation?  In two steps, when imbalances are not corrected, they grow and cause too many defaults, we get a Nixon Shock. Nixon shocks are MMT moments that directly dump inflation. And that is what is happening.

Much of the institutional money it taking the long term 60 year bet, by function and regulation, these are the pension systems. When they take that long bet, their models force investing onto a more price neutral condition, they are containing  more of the total variance in their model, and can see ahead to Japan style deflation.

Pensions look at the complete spectrum, the Fed is concerned with the shorter recession cycle. The answer to the riddle: "Is all inflation a monetary phenomena?", the answer is yes, it is the left overs from monetary regimes change.

The Fed is not looking at that, has no effect on that, now. The Fed is  picking an early warning index, nothing more.

How would a tribe of ergodics set the inflation rate? Simple, set the seigniorage to a flat half point and be done with it. The monopolyfee still exists, the markets are not dense, but they are complete.

We not be ergodic, the monopoly fee is ultimately a default bet, a bet that Congress will default a half point a year on bad projects. We are not ergodic, we send the map and tolerate a bit more asymmetry when the colors are setting sample rates.

The Treasury curve won't steepen

U.S. More Than Doubles Borrowing Estimate on Debt-Limit Lifting

Treasury wants to borrow long and deposit short, build up its cash balances and steepen the curve.  It will not work, Congress will see a sharp rise in the ten year yield close to 3%, and return to short term financing, restoring to curve to flat.  Congress is stuck with short term financing, their long term debt capacity steamrolled by roll overs which make the ten year unstable measure.  Pricing is not working in the Swamp.

My drone worked

My curiosity about making drones from Dollar Tree materials, except electronics, proven true. I took my foam airplane, with a five foot wing span and taxied about the back yard. I noticed that when boosting power to full, it is up in the air in 15 minutes.

My plane is gobs of glue, scotch tape, foam. popsicle sticks, craft dowels and wood plies, all dollar each..

My plan is to upgrade to GPS, then I can throw it in the air, in my backyard, and it will fly itself legally in the empty lot down the street.  I don't even need to leave the house for my new bot to have a nice day. Give it a camera, keep an eye on the neighborhood, elecronics in total, less than $200. I can use wifi, mount a smart phone in the fuselage.

Central bank losing market share

What’s clear is that ultra-low interest rates can spur huge outflows to foreign markets. But even more telling is the extremes that Japanese investors have gone to in the hunt for yield. They’ve pushed deeper into stocks and real estate, amassed bonds from Europe’s periphery to emerging markets, and loaded up on opaque securities that bundle together hundreds of loans.

As the quest for returns gets more desperate each year, popular trades become crowded, driving even the most conservative investors into riskier assets. And there’s a greater danger of swings in currencies or monetary policies sparking sudden volatility in prices and money flows.

“These are very difficult times for financial institutions,” said Masato Mishina, the head of Nikko Asset Management Co.’s institutional business division. “High risks will get you high returns but bring the danger of wiping out your capital.”
Japan Post Bank Co. illustrates the scale of the outflows into global markets that ultra-low rates have provoked -- and that asset managers in Europe and the rest of the world may need to emulate. It’s amassed a $575 billion portfolio of overseas bonds in the space of a decade and now rubs shoulders with names like Pimco, BlackRock and Vanguard.
Money, in Japan, goes from wages to pension payments while the export industries must go on.

Latest 737 Max Fault That Alarmed Test Pilots Rooted in Software

My rule? Determine the most up to date, and complete aitplane situation and communicate, communicate communicate.  They are digging into the archive, line by line. Just give every sub system a complete model, or framework, then keep that framework up to data.  I doubt the tail screw really meant to dive into the ground, it just did not have the complete model.

My call, as soon as I heard (I did this for a living once), was the sudden stop on software and full review, come clean. And my prescription was as above, and still holds.

Persian scofflaws

LONDON: The new British government, led by Boris Johnson, should do more to support the Iranian opposition and the “UK and Europe should impose sanctions on the malicious regime.”
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) held a rally in London on Saturday, as part of a last leg of a series of protests held across Europe and in Washington, DC to pressure governments to follow the Trump administration’s decisive policies against Iran and its threatening aggressions that undermine the security of the Middle East and the Gulf in particular. The event coincided with the recent seizure of a British-owned oil tanker and it demonstrated the opposition's commitment to pressure the UK government to do more to stop the Iranian regime.Dr. Matthew Offord, prominent Conservative MP for Hendon, said “the interest of the international community converges today with the democratic aspirations of the Iranian people, which simplifies in an Iran without the absolute rule of the theocracy.”Speaking to Arab News, Brian Binley, former Conservative MP said the Iranian government is one of the most dangerous governments in the world, operating in one of the most concerning areas.
The NCRI is a promoted viewpoint, funded by outsiders, but has a kernel of truth.

What to do with the schizoid Persian?  Iran is under constant harassment by the mohummerdudes, they keep popping up, like whack-a-mole. I dunno about that bunch, maybe I be reading up on some of this.  But mohhumerdudes over ran the last Persian dynasty, Iran should get it back.  That bearded guy over there is a nutball.

Ol Trump plans to fly our expensive F22s in amongst the high speed drones. Britain started it, they stole the first tanker, let history record.  As we speak, Iran is deploying it bitty drones among its militia So far Trump is happy to shoot at drones, but Trump has mall the stationary troops, their bases under view by drones everywhere.s in Iraq.  We should fire Bolton.

Smoking gun

MS-13 gang created beachhead at Valley high school, but authorities insisted on secrecy

Soft non profit money funds the hush up, that money is cartel donated.  The machine is a hoist of Latino non-profits, news, action committees.  They legitimately preach helping the kids, but the center of their work is always free entry and exit across the border. From Calizuela to middle America, have a nice election.

This story has legs, and so does the other m13 murder story going around. We get these in New York and New Jersey.  Intermixed are stories from everywhere about drug traffic arrests, fentanyl and meth. Mostly from California, and lessly from Texas and New Mexico.

This is a tough nut to crack for all the diversity candidates who want that border open. We have Venezuela, Mexico (just broke the murder record). Then we have the state actors who can, and likely are, lowering the price of precursors.  This is not a winning environment for Kamala or Liz or Castro.. How does Kamala and Liz justify busing the kids into these infernos?

They are already equipped, all over America

US Army hopes to outfit soldiers with tiny drones by 2018

That tiny bird is a been there, done that for thousands of RC hobbyists. They do drones as well as any other defense contractor, they just do not understand procurement, Dollar Tree is not that expensive, and the electronics sell all over the internet, for cheap.

I do not know how this turns out. It seems to me soldiers will be constantly bothered by pesky mechanical mosquitoes. And they have no idea where they come from since it is battle and the press, the hobbyists, the NGO, and every gang from everywhere will have their cheap drone flying around. Like in the straits, how does the UK Navy know if a drone is NBC, IRG? Or if it  a few goofball sailors with access to foam boards.

This stuff be everywhere, I just got an electrical connector, complete my $75 electronic parts list, and I have two Dollar Tree drones, looking at some GPS. These drones are made completely of these materials:
foam board,  short cwooden dowels, popsicle sticks, white glue, rubber bands, scotch tape. Plus a set of electronics as above.

Consider aerial combat, who want to go up against drones? I have seen a hobbyist video of his RC plane doing 400 MPH. The plane is four square feet, has about 20 grand invested. The opposition can put up 20 of these, any small group of human fighter pilots would be overwhelmed, the drones are suicidal. Like all those F22s Trump sent over, just in case.  Send in the foam boards, small explosions. The F22 have to go home to a palace and rest, foam board airplanes with a pound of electronics can be carried around. It is nearly impossible to defend against, production costs are so low.

Declining profits

Alhambra Investments  talking the decline in production surplus.

Interest charges kept rising for three years, actually, how cycles repeat is amazing. The revisions tend to iron out the cycles and the residual contains a downward trend in the production surplus. Profits is what Alhambra looks at, the three color view.
I
t is almost to predictable to be called a recession, instead variance shifting  the monetary regime change bets. Gold is rising, evidence that traders are betting Congress capitulates.

There is possibility of us getting a lot of this right, doing a better Nixon. All we need is the Nixon process, a  15 years trading pit, where the New Fed dumps the debt costs for a lot of wasted spending in the Swamp. A pit that stabilizes three compressed colors, making white.

Trump can send Texas Space Cadets to build fences, say Supremes

Texas Space Cadets doing their job, protecting us from aliens. Give the castratti down there something to do besides shoot up classrooms and churches.

Is this about Black crime?

“We all reject racist attacks against him and support his steadfast leadership,” she tweeted.
I do not remember race being mentioned.  But since this is Baltimore, and Black cause the crime in Baltimore, Trump must be a racist.  Why can't wee call Pelosi a racist for implying that Blacks are the cause of high crime?   Perhaps Elijah is simply a dummy and should be replaced.

Now that Nancy agrees crime is a Black problem, maybe we can talk about solutions?

The Cal Supremes have already overreached

Despite the 2014 adoption of the most significant reforms to the initiative process in recent California history, two former state Supreme Court justices have gone public with criticism over the dominant role of money in direct democracy, suggesting that the process should be made harder and citing concerns about voter overreach.
We have no voter rights that have not been granted to the unions, as it is, a problem these justices caused, and they have no right to complain when voters actually exercise what power they have left.

Whoops!

Oberlin College refuses to take responsibility for its own administrators’ defaming and retaliating against a bakery whose race-neutral anti-shoplifting policy enraged Oberlin students.
Following a judgment of $25 million in damages and $6.5 million in attorney’s fees and expenses, the judge has agreed to stay the execution of his judgment – but it will cost Oberlin.
Judge John Miraldi ordered the Ohio liberal arts college to post a bond of more than $36 million to cover the judgment plus interest while Oberlin appeals. Without explaining his reasoning, he approved the exact amount the Gibson’s Bakery plaintiffs had asked Oberlin to pay in lieu of letting them collect on the judgment immediately.
The bond will remain in place until Aug. 19, though it will be extended until Sept. 9 if the college “timely” files its post-trial motions on or before Aug. 19, Miraldi wrote. He’ll rule on its motions by Sept. 9.
The original case:
(CNN)An Ohio jury has ordered Oberlin College to pay $11 million to a bakery which said it was libeled and wrongfully accused of racially profiling students. The case stems from the November 2016 arrests of three black Oberlin students at Gibson's Bakery and market near the college's campus in Oberlin, Ohio. One student, Jonathan Aladin, was accused of attempted robbery for allegedly trying to "steal wine or otherwise illegally obtain wine" from the bakery, according to a defamation lawsuit. He would eventually confess in a written statement to trying to buy alcohol illegally. The two other suspects were arrested and accused of misdemeanor assault, court documents state.
After that, Oberlin staff members tried to discredit the family-owned bakery, the lawsuit says.
Oberlin College staff -- including deans and professors -- and students engaged in demonstrations in front of Gibson's Bakery following the arrests of the three students, the lawsuit stated. The suit also said Oberlin Vice President and Dean of Students Meredith Raimondo and other college staff members "handed out hundreds of copies" of a flier to the community and the media stating that Gibson's Bakery and its owners racially profiled and discriminated against the three students. The court documents include a copy of the flier, which included the words "DON'T BUY."
"This is a RACIST establishment with a LONG ACCOUNT of RACIAL PROFILING and DISCRIMINATION," the flier read, according to the lawsuit.

In college once, we burnt down a Bank of America, but they still held my student loan documents elsewhere.  We had a professor involved, be we did not directly defame the bank, we just burnt it down as standard riot procedure..

The Fed still suffer PTSD from the Nixon shock

The Federal Reserve is not an intelligence: it does not think. Individual members of the Federal Open Market Committee, however, do think. And the center of gravity of their individual thoughts now runs something like this:1980-1985 was a disaster: 3 x 6 x 0.5 = 9%-point-years of lost jobs for Americans, jobs that would not have been lost had the Federal Reserve done its proper job and kept inflation under control in the 1970s:
Says Brad.

The conclusion? We should have eased off of gold instead of the overnight shock. A chart:

This chart has the implicit deflator, the CPI and gold price. You can see that gold prices went wild, more wild than inflation, and inflation had hit 10-12% at its peak.

Nixon left a lot of paper, free floating cash when it exited the gold market.

Tell me another method, Brad.  Tell me how we can execute a gold default as a longer term Wiener process, Brownian motion over time? We cannot, Brad, because unless it is war, we cannot hold the MMT moment much longer than a couple of weeks.  Imagine, Brad, if Nixon pre-announced, told everyone to get ready. In that case we have pure hysteria among those who rely on precious government goodie.

The solution, Brad, is we have to purchase the right to coin, buy off Congress so we can ease the defaults into the monetary system with tiny little shocks asynchronously placed. Our contract with Congress needs a renewal option.

The Fed is not worrying inflation now, they have gotten over the Nixon Shock.  Now the Fed is worried that the ten year rises near 3% and Congress no longer works.  The Fed needs to keep interest payments/GDP under 3.5%, including the SS interest charges.

Drone wars in the straits

The Italians, even, are sending a frigate or two. I think the Dutch are in and the French. They are all bringing their newest drones.

War is war, I suppose but anyone can play the game. I am looking at the complete package for an electric drone with 10 miles capability.  The Asians have brought down the cost of hobby grade controllers, motors, batteries, GPS. My total cost for a low cost foam drone with surveillance is way below $1000, maybe closer toe $300.

The straits is about 25 miles across, easily handled with a suicidal, foam drone. We are not even at the  low cost, autonomous boats.   I have a hard time imagining the resulting war, but we are soon to find out.

Same old same old

Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards (D) declared a state-wide emergency this week following cyberattacks on several school districts.
The declaration comes after three local school districts were hit by what local media have described as ransomware attacks, where hackers take over and encrypt vital cyber systems and demand a ransom to release the data.
The state-wide emergency declaration allows for state resources and cyber assistance to be given to these school districts from the Louisiana National Guard, the Louisiana State Police and the Office of Technology Services.
According to the governor’s office, the state is also cooperating with the FBI, state agencies and higher education partners.

Our new pit is called the SOFR exchange

Any prequaled SOFR account will be on the SOFR exchange, if they choose. On the exchange all parties are free to engage in over the counter, but the auto pit boss runs continually.  e can pre-patent the SOFR coin, and  the New York Fed can be a managing exchange partner.

The dissent

Romney: I’m Voting Against This Garbage Budget Deal

AOC is a coward, she fell into the swamp pit, lost forever.

Mmm, nice pi

Nice science article from Vox on cosmic  almost particles.

The blazar is speculation, I think. It is like a washing machine and takes all those worn out protons and recyles them into brand new chevys.

Happens when some region of space gets the next higher up estimate of pi, god gets a bit pissed.
I want more science, less talking points from Vox.

SOFR coin, bets the rates

A better proxy, available since mid-2018, is the New York Fed's "Secured Overnight Financing Rate" or SOFR, "a broad measure of the cost of borrowing cash overnight collateralized by Treasury securities."

Selgin talking about this.

Enough talking, let us make a synthetic SOFR, an actual SOFR coin. It will trade the SOFR rate, buy and sell overnights from any liquidity source meeting the SOFR prequals, a perfect match. We will whomp on bitcoin, make it secure ID for bearer asset.  The SOFR prequals are carefully risk adjusted by our pals at the NY Fed, we can pay them a charge if they want.

Synthetic means the pit boss settles bets about an external target, actual means the pit boss trades directly with the bets.  Mke the autoi S/L, auto hedge, you got lotta choices here, more choices than libra.

SOFR coins will hav a release function, one that supports wiener process. But it will be traded across the major currencies because SOFR will e the closest example of a no arbitrage yield curve generator, everyone in finance will adopt.

I am in, who is starting the company for real?.

You want to talk election meddling?

After Mueller Miasma, Stockman Says "Real Election Meddling" Probe Can Begin

Stockman worries about Comey running the dossier sting.

I have another. The LAUSD teachers strike generated a contract with the local council which  stipulates the local council support on a future prop 13 referendum. That is election meddling, and it seems to me that if there ever was a cause for due process, the LA election meddling is it.  States have rights, but one thing was intended in the 14th, states rights is second to the fundamentals on individuals.

Google vs Yahoo search engines

I was searching for AOC's vote on the budget, interested in whether she finally kicked can, she did with a yes vote.

I couldn't find the answer on google, had to use the yahoo engine.  Part of the problem was gated listings google puts up, one has to skip past two pages of material, but even then, no hint of what AOC's vote was, google missed the politico article which noted the 'Squad' vote.

Goggle is pushing the middle of the road liberals, the Pelosi wing.  Her talking points are a bit higher up in the 'matching' function for searches.  This is recent, actually, google really has taken sides, and they are not choosing AOC. By extension google is not supporting our MMT moment, they are likely can kickers. They are not on AOC's side, not that it matters, once a can kicker, always a can kicker.  AOC will not be attending MMT meetup.

Google is not likely to support sandbox, sadly.

Dealing with failed Hispanic states

House passes temporary immigration protections for Venezuelans

AOC votes against MMT!

The vote split the four Democrats now known as the “Squad,” with Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) and Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) voting against the bill, and Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) voting “yes.”

AOC may not know what she does all the time, but this vote is big. It means she will not support MMT. she will instead kick can down the road.  She has bought into the 'This time is different' crowd, and her constituents will be paying excess interest charges as much as 4% of their income.

How Rubio and Scott slaughter high school kids

Sorry, 'March For Our Lives' kids, that's not how politics works

Weekly STandard is a clueless rag. Politics works this way:

Rick Scott asks how much money he can get if deranged shooters get an ar15. The NRA castrattis tell him. They negotiates a price for murdering the kids,. At that time Rubio and Scott make sure the shooters have nice guns, the parents vote for this crap and send their kids into the shooting zone.  Texas does it the same way, it is a Repub plot, like forced busing is a Dem plot. For some reason, Kamala and rick agree on one thing fuck the kids.

Market is not happy with the new budget

And the rate cut.  Both the deficit spending and Federal easing indicate preparations for recession.  The Fed is pro-cyclical, it has no choice in the matter.  Government is cyclical, Keynesians are cyclical. republicans are cyclical; and to top all those problem, we are at the end of the monetary cycle.  Nothing will work right.

Lauren Book has reached out to Capitol police after receiving an anonymous warning connected to her demand for a state inquiry into Palm Beach Sheriff Ric Bradshaw’s handling of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s lenient work release program, the Miami Herald has learned.Book, a vocal advocate for child sexual assault survivors, said she also received more than a dozen calls by Bradshaw’s political supporters asking her to back off on her call for an investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement into Bradshaw…“I’ve received countless phone calls saying ‘Little girl you don’t know what you’re getting into,’ and telling me that I should just stop,’’ said Book, a child sexual abuse survivor who has worked to pass strict sex offender laws in Florida. In a statement, the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office said it had no knowledge of anyone trying to threaten or pressure Book.

Likely the same sheriff who worked with Rick Scott to slaughter high school kids.

Probably an insider

A ransomware infection at an electricity provider in the city of Johannesburg, South Africa's biggest city and financial capital, has left some of its residents without power.
The ransomware infection impacted City Power -- a provider of pre-paid electric power for Johannesburg residents and local companies.
The malware encrypted the company's database, internal network, web apps, and official website.
City Power admitted to getting infected in a series of tweets the company posted on its official Twitter account.
There is no way to tell.

Even a phishing virus in an e mail could have been clicked on purpose, the insider being in on the deal.  The frequency of these attacks will increase, and the only known technology to stop them is AppleID, what a surprise.

Bitcoin doesn't like the budget plan

It is now below $10,000.

American taxpayers have agreed to fork over another 50 billion in interest payments, enough finance liquidity to reduce the need for central bank easing. or so it seems on first glance. When the second glance hits, bitcoin might recover back to 10,000; the second glance being that the taxpayers don't have the money.

Google troll farm strikes again

Whodunnit: POTUS Appears Before Fake Presidential Seal Mocking Him As A Russian “Puppet” At Turning Point USA Event
“One of our video team members did a Google Image search for a high-res png (file) presidential seal,” a source familiar with the incident said, adding that the individual “did the search and with the pressure of the event, didn’t notice that it is a doctored seal.”
Though this time the bot expressed a bit of humor, we could use more of that and less of the fictional progressive talking point.

Here we have Gabbard sung the Google troll farm:
Progressive Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, who has long been under fire from mainstream media and establishment voices in her own party for her vehemently anti-war and anti-interventionist stance, is suing Google, The New York Times reports, in what is said to be the first time in history a presidential candidate has sued a major technology firm.
It must be remembered that though considered a "long shot" by party insiders based on her outlier stances (for which she's been called a popular Ron Paul type unorthodox figure among the Dems), from criticizing the Democrats' 'Russiagate' fixation to calling for an end to "regime change wars" abroad to being willing to meet with Syria's President Bashar al-Assad, Google searches for her named surged across the US during last month's first round of presidential nominee debates. And now, as the Times reports, she says Google infringed on her free speech by suspending her campaign's ability to get its message out:
Tulsi Now Inc., the campaign committee for Ms. Gabbard, said Google suspended the campaign’s advertising account for six hours on June 27 and June 28, obstructing its ability to raise money and spread her message to potential voters.

The Google bot better have a bot lawyer. It can defend itself using Citizen's United ruling, no humans needed. We could even replace Sotomayor with a bot.

Progressive Dems kill single payer with union bailout

What Will Dems Do About Working Class Pensions?

Kevin Drum proposes spending the medicare for all money on unions:
U.S. senators are gearing up for a battle over how to fix the pensions of about 1.3 million retirees and workers in trucking, mining and other industries.

According to Kevin, who is careful to avoid knee jerk reactions, the 50 billion bailout will reduce funds available for Medicare for All, but the most important thing, more important then M4A is jumping on whatever knee jerk position that gets him clicks, never mind having any sense, that wen out the window long ago.

Tell the truth. Kamala is an uneducated affirmative action appointee from Calizuela

Biden: 'I'm not going to be as polite' at next debate

Then the voters will get it, they will understand why Calizuela politicians host Mexican drug cartels.

Gillibrand plans to melt a lot of ice

The New York senator called for an excise tax on fossil fuel production, hoping to generate $100 billion a year to combat climate change. She also said she would put a $52 per metric ton price on carbon to deter companies from using fossil fuels and spur investment in renewable energy.
She said her carbon tax would bring in more than $200 billion a year, helping to fund her climate initiative.
Gillibrand's plan also called for the creation of green jobs and better infrastructure for rural communities.

Her 'Grteen jobs' are exempt from the carbon taxes, no doubt. In fct, they are likely to be inflation adjusted so green jobbers can avoid the carbon tax in their private affairs.

ll of the New Green Deal things are about melting ice, a lot of it. They all have one common characteristic, tax people who use fossil fuels efficiently and pay off favored groups who use fossil fuels inefficiently.  Calizuela environmentalists perfected the fraud, it is now spreading.

Huffington Post editor, Lydia Polgreen , arrested for speech violations

WASHINGTON – Former special counsel Robert Mueller on Wednesday called Donald Trump’s declarations of “love” for stolen Russian material a “boost” for “illegal activity” in the final days of the 2016 election, and reminded Congress that accepting foreign help in an election is “a crime.”
“Problematic is an understatement, in terms of giving some hope or boost to what is and should be illegal activity,” Mueller said in testimony to the House Intelligence Committee.
Like the First Amendment does not apply, and Huffington Post has been receiving material from foreign sources for quite some time, and actually printing the stuff.  The DOJ, upon hearing Mueler's denouncement of Free Speech, promptly sought an indictment against the Huffington Post.

Lydia Polgreen is now sitting in a jail for speech violations, and maybe next time she will think things through.

RC hobbyists make these for a thousand dollars

Iranian drone
And that thousand dollars includes GSP, gyros, and visual observation.

It likely takes the military a hundred grand missile to shoot them down.  This is asymmetric war, foam board drones, a hundred of them, would overwhelm the US military in the straits. Add some battery power and these thing easily fly a hundred miles, electric, making their cost drop even further.

Let us add some complications. Send 20 of these foam board deices and within the group all one needs is one drone with a few pounds of TNT.  Blow a small hole in the top deck, nothing serious, but the ship crew has to stop operations and repair the minor damage.

Trump has managed t spread troops all over the middle east, each of our bases is subject to drown attacks as the Saudis found out. Iran is on home soil, the US has to travel 11,000 miles to resupply.  That Kushner kid, and Bolton,  have create a huge mess and Trump is too uneducated to figure it out.

What is worse, if the US attacks the Iranian home front, the Iran can easily attack the US home front.  Setting up a covert operation inside the USA is easy stuff for the IRG and their drowns. They could assemble them in a house somewhere.  During wear just release them to blow crap up.

Omar wants to lop off our privates

Who better to address such a controversial subject than a Muslim woman who is also a lawmaker? Her platform is amplified by the national exposure she receives in the press due to her far-left political ideology. It should not be a surprise that she is asked about some practices that cause headlines in the news. Female genital mutilation is one of those practices. In this case, though, instead of taking the opportunity to express her opinion and the reason why she holds that opinion, she shut the discussion down. She called the question an “appalling” one.
She was appalled about something, maybe it was her support, especially the men, I am sure. Those tent ladies want to lop off our you know whats.

The Google algorithm is not that smart

GOOGLE ENGINEER BLOWS WHISTLE: "Are we going to just let the biggest tech companies decide who wins every election from now on?"

Their bots have not studied history so they make choices based on the current talking points.

The bots completely screwed up the busing story in their search engine.  They only selected articles that made busing look like a progressive talking point, it never was. And, in the minds of 99% of us, both Dems and Repubs, that was a nightmare and cost Kamala her shot at the presidency. Kamala is now the nazi who intends to screw our children up, as if sending dangerous drugs from Calizuela cartels was not enough.

Mueller did not say Trump was exonerated from shoplifting

Mueller says on camera that Trump wasn’t exonerated from obstruction of justice

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), the House Judiciary Committee chair, got the special counsel to say that right at the beginning.
Now was Trump, or me, exonerated from a thousand other crimes.  Thus making Nadler the same stupid, fat slob he always was.

Done the stupid in Britain

A highly sensitive issue

First, despite the official justification citing Stena’s violation of maritime regulations, various Iranian politicians including Ali Larijani, the speaker of Iran's parliament, have made it abundantly clear that the revolutionary guard’s action was in response to the UK’s “hijacking” of Iran’s tanker over two weeks ago.
This is a highly sensitive political issue touching Iranian pride in standing up to Western bullying, as a result of which it is virtually impossible for the Iranian government to satisfy London’s demand without appearing weak and defeatist.
In other words, it would be political suicide for anyone inside or outside the government to push for meeting the British demand while Iran’s similar demand is ignored by the other side.
Second, as seen in the divergent opinions in the British press, including the commentary by former foreign secretary Jack Straw, the UK’s seizure of Iran’s tanker is on thin ice as regards its legitimacy, and there is a widespread perception that the UK has taken a misguided initiative at the behest of White House Iran hawks such as National Security Advisor John Bolton.
Taking the Iranian tanker was an act of war by PM May, does she even have a clue that she had declared war on Iran?  Britain started the war out of stupidity, and Iran is free to continue the war until someone in Britain gets a clue.  This is the same stunt Iran pulled on Israel, they declared war and have no way to exit war, resulting in continued bombing of Hezbollah and the IRG.

Seasonal adjustments have been out of whack for a while

One Hell of a Seasonal Adjustment: NAR's Existing Home Sales Math

Housing is down, but Mish recalculates by percentage price range, and sees the drop in total value quite a bit more.  Seasonal adjustments for housing have been awkward because of warm weather and Chinese buyers.

Housing is down two points or so in California, and that is putting the brakes to a lot of retirees who were planning on a larger windfall. The price drop means more retirees will stay put, unhappily, in Calizuela.

Forget reading and math — Carranza wants focus on racial privilege, activism

Here is where things get tricky with the NYC school commissioner.  Thanks to the Dem party, we always have to consider that Carrenza was an unqualified affirmative action choice, like Kamala. We have a class of folks whose expertise is minority advancement via affirmative action.

The directive:
Pushed by Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza, the “Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education” program will require schools to “identify and interrupt policies and practices that center historically advantaged social/cultural groups and lead to predictable outcomes of success or failure for historically marginalized students.”

Bolton, nightmare and security risk

President Donald Trump is considering dumping national security adviser John Bolton, the Washington Examiner is reporting.

The Examiner attributed its information to sources close to the White House.
Trump's frustration with Bolton has boiled over and candidates to replace him have emerged, according to the Examiner. Those candidates include retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor and Ricky Waddell, assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the website noted.

Mcgregor recently spoke with Trump but it is not certain why, the Examiner said.
"It's certainly become clear to anyone who knows the way this president operates that Bolton's time is coming to an end," one former White House official told the Examiner. "It's just unclear if he has a few more weeks or a few more months."
Another source said: "The president has seriously been considering other options."

Cars with secure ID

Mercedes Benz parent company Daimler has partnered with blockchain firm Riddle & Code to produce a hardware wallet for automobiles.Long term, the business alliance looks to provide solutions for self-driving vehicles and car-sharing platforms, relay traffic patterns in real-time, mesh with smart city infrastructure, and transfer accident information to the proper authorities and insurance providers. The wallet, a tamper-resistant piece of hardware that was presented at Startupautobahn in Stuttgart, creates a cryptographic identity for vehicles. It also integrates with the vehicle’s telematic control unit (TCU) to receive, sign, and attest to sensory data from the car and surrounding infrastructure. This information can be used to record a vehicle’s performance and ensure it received proper maintenance. Once the backend is fully operational, Daimler Financial Services will look the group’s car business units, including its trucks, luxury cars, and buses to integrate the hardware.
This one did not occur to me, and it is a great idea. The car obeys the contract, the driver agrees to the contract when they register the car.  But certainly, the tech will allow the user to load other, enforceable contracts. Insurance by the mile, for example, is now available on a voluntary basis, as are gas taxes, by the mile. If you buy a used car, you can ask to see the maintenance history, or wonder why not.

The device is tamper proof, it meets our conditions to hold bearer assets.  Now AppleID has a competitor. Will Alphabet be far behind?  Do we have a deal with the NSA yet?  Does Congress understand what a digital bearer asset is?

Daimier says,Once the backend is fully operational, OK that means they are building a liquidity net, a secure network covering all the automobile transaction happening.  That would definitely include a trading pit for used cars, the trades being mostly prequaled and subject to auto pricing. So they have invented the car trading pit, another new industry and disruptive to the old.  Another pit they enable is the ubers and lyfts, drivers having the new secure ID can guarantee GPS, reliability frequency, it is all in the secure app and available to riders upon volition by the driver.

Good stuff, pure sandbox.

The right to declare and enforce sanctions?

Iran had ‘no right’ to board British tanker, says UK’s Jeremy Hunt

On what basis can anyone disallow independent national acts of war?

None, is is native to the nation. So, if Britain wants to defend its tankers, I suggest they retaliate by taking one of Iran's.  The UK has one of Iran's in their possession already, how did that happen?

We are short of smart in the swamp

“The ‘Squad’ is a very Racist group of troublemakers who are young, inexperienced, and not very smart.”
Says Trump.

They are racist, true.  I doubt anyone back there is smart. Trump has sold his soul to the Swamp, the Squad has not yet made that deal, but Nancy will get them in line.

Zuck steps back

Facebook is backpedaling from its ambitious vision for Libra

The architecture of the original version was sandbox, auto trading inside with fast liquidity. Like sand box, the idea was to do regulation on entry and exit.

Sandbox will win this debate, the central bank cannot compete with paper trails.  uck is just staying even with everyone else, until the rules change.

AppleID changes all this, secure ID is imperative because of data theft, and the Apple solution automatically spawns enforceable contracts.  We need to create a better picture of the regulation environment, the tech is break even, this is no arbitrage net and scofflaws who are not maximum entropy get spotted sooner than later.

Calizuela cartel policy

“Border patrol, their job is to protect us,” added Carroll. “That’s what they want to do, and they can’t do it because of what’s happening — because of the broken immigration system. We’re encouraging these people to come. Alex, you understand this; you’ve studied this issue. More people need to understand it. We’ve offered to bring members of Congress down there, and they didn’t show.”Using federal resources meant for border security on “humanitarian” endeavors compromises the government’s ability to interdict drug smuggling, said Carroll. “That’s what these men and women want to do. They want to protect their families and their friends from these poisons coming in. That’s what we need to let them do. Fix the immigration system. Let them get back to protecting the U.S., and let us get back to the issue of saving lives.”
This whole humanitarian thing is real but generated via soft funding from the cartels in Calizuela.  Politicians go along, but it is not doing Hispanic youth any favors.  I suspect a lot of Hispanics be having voters regret about this.

My Hobbynet uses discount coin tech

I got sall set for a rip to HobbyTown, part of my market research on all foam, Dollar Tree RC planes.  Everything ready, half way up I remembered my discount coin, a bear asset that came with an on line order, paper coin, it offered me 20% off a large purchase at a local store.

Under Apple ID, the merchant can us a cloud app that manages a diswcount coin, just call it discount digi cash.  Then, on my trip to HobbyTown I take my iPod, and the hobby contract is running under AppleID, my discount  digicoins are protected with no double counting. The cloud keep an account of digicoins, of HobbyTown coins.

This applies to any liquidity cnes I sign up for, they all use the same discount coin software, just rebrand it for their own distribution, and the AppleID application knows how to dual price in dollars plus digicoins.  So, everyone should be getting iPods or equivalent hard, intelligent wallet punning under secure ID, then all our person contracts managed for us.

The other thing is spoofing foes away.
The secure ID has a point to point contract with the supplier, and if the supplier transfers sales up to some agglomerate, the contract can specify, secud ID app will know, and I no longer worry,'Hey, the URL changed' durg payments. which is a real drag.

Iran broke some international law?

On what basis did the UK seize Iran's tanker. On the basis of an act of war, seizing an oil tanker is an act of war. So, the UK initiated a war with Iran, I am not sure that was a good idea, especially being in the middle of brexit and all.

And this:

Israeli minister boasts his country has been 'killing Iranians'

In this case, Iran has already declared war.  War declarations are unilateral, the UK did it to Iran, the Iranians did it to Israel. Radical Sunnis did it to Shia, and we got declared war in Kashmir. Turkey declared war on everyone.

Neither PGE nor Enron

Representatives from Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and the California Public Utilities Commission got an earful from angry residents on Thursday over a plan to charge customers almost $2 billion over the next three years.
PG is the scape goat here, as was Enron.  The problem is bad regulation of supply, in this case PGE was tasked with much of the [rogressive  themse, for axample:

  • Sierra Club interfering with bush clearing procedure, the Legislature going along.
  • PGE tasked with installing windows for poor people
  • PGE tasked with both progressive energy pricing and Green energy, an impossibility.
Gray Davis pulled the same supply regulation stunts, I guess it is now a regular feature of failed Hispanic state.  Our ignorant legislatures run and hide when the disruptions occur, then blame the victim.

California cartels drugged them so they come to California

The homeless crisis in the Democrat stronghold of California has reached epic proportions. Even after throwing billions of dollars at the problem, the state is unable to solve the epidemic they created.
And California’s plan to throw billions of dollars more at the issue won’t do much either. The problem isn’t a lack of money. The problem is the socialist policies in place that make homelessness inevitable. There are now nearly 60,000 homeless people living in Los Angeles County, a 12% increase from the previous year, according to the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
About half have severe, and likely permanent, drug disabilities. The drugs pass through California, the center of US cartel activity.

So, this is not a problem since California has drug treatment for all.  Just consider this a case of 40,000 lined up in down town LA for drug treatment at the UCLA medical center.  It will all be cleared up, we cure anything out here in California.

Pelosi's little Browns go on mass murder spree

LOS ANGELES – Federal racketeering, murder and other charges were filed against 22 suspected MS-13 gang members who law enforcement officials believe are linked to a series of grisly killings involving baseball bats, machetes and other tools of "medieval-style" violence, authorities said Tuesday.
Nineteen of those indicted are considered illegal immigrants, and most of the group's members arrived in the U.S. in the past four years from Central America. All but two are under the age of 24, Nicola Hanna, the U.S. Attorney for Los Angeles, announced at a news conference. Most, he added, participated in the "killing spree."
Perhaps some of Kamala's forced busing will help?

Badly parented, African teenagers in the UK

As I have relentlessly argued, the causes of this [knifing]epidemic are easily identifiable.

  • – The scaling back of “stop and search” because it’s “racist”.
  • – The ongoing emasculation of UK police forces who are being trained that mean words and ‘hate crime’ is more important than people dying.
  • – Fatherless black homes.
  • – UK street gangs becoming more violent to compete with immigrants from countries like Congo and Somalia.
  • – The ongoing mass importation of people from violent countries in general.
  • – Drill rap music that encourages young people to commit murder.
  • – Political leaders like Sadiq Khan refusing to even admit there’s a problem to protect their own pathetic legacies.
I m not supposed to mention ethnic status in good Big Brother England.  Black neighborhoods have lousy parents, in general. I find that in the USA and now I hear reports from England. There we go, me being racist.  So, if more people mentioned the problem, maybe more Black kids get better parents?

Kamala's idea of forced busing just gets more people knifed, or shot, or drugged.

Drones at war

Trump Says U.S. Warship Downed Iran Drone Near Strait of Hormuz

Give me a ton of foam board, a hundred slaves and a million dollars and I will flood the Hormuz Straits with hoards of useless drones. My drone will have enough tin foil to reflect a radar signal, the missiles batteries will be run dry, both the US and Iran going broke shooting stupid foam drones.

Do you support Kamala's forced busing plan?

Cummings on migrant child detention: ‘None of us would have our children in that position.’

Do you support Mexican cartels selling meth and fentanyl to your kids?
Do you support leaving poor families behind to pay the bills in Chicago?
Do you support the idea of paying super wealthy billions to manage our debt market?
Do you support cartel money funding PACs in California?

Long term deflation, on its way

From AG wealth management.

What hapened when we left gold? Nothing except we requantizes much less often, like once a generation.  So we can ss all the blue, and that will be followed by a long term, green white noise.

Yes, we will make up for the previous 40 years of inflation, it was not expected away, it was shifted to the secstags.

Price neutrality is the central tendency of double entry accounting.

Add 40 billion to our interest charges

Senate Republicans say they want a sign directly from President Trumpthat he will support any spending and debt ceiling deal.
The push for the president to publicly say he would sign an agreement comes as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin are on the cusp of a two-year budget deal that would also increase the debt ceiling into 2021.

"I think we need the president to indicate he'll support it," said Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), an advisor to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), asked if assurances from Mnuchin would be enough.

Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) added that he and McConnell would also like to see Trump say he supports the budget deal before it comes up for a vote.

"Oh absolutely," Shelby said, asked if he needs a public assurance from Trump. "I think the leader would want that too."

The clamor for Trump to publicly weigh in comes after they were caught flat-footed in December when the president rejected a Senate-passed continuing resolution (CR) to avoid a partial government shutdown.

The plan is to add about 2 trillion to the debt over two years. The new interest charges will be 40 billion, and the super wealthy will get about have that, for market making duties.   If we shut down for a month, then Dems go berzerko hysterical.  I would shut it down for a month, just for the entertainment of the progressives demanding we pay off the super wealthy.

Out interest charges have been growing about 10% per year since the corporate tax cut.
