Powell Suggests Fed Embarking on 1990s-Style Mini Easing Cycle
So much for counter cyclical policy. Stocks kind of reacted like the Fed was doing the bigger cycle, rather than the mini version. Let us hope all our cycles are not phased aligned, ready to do the Big Slosh.
